Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of service. Farmland is a simulated agricultural investment platform. All animals and contracts are virtual. Returns are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.

3. Wallet & payouts. Payouts depend on active contracts and timely daily feeding. Failure to feed for 48+ hours pauses profits until the animal is fed again.

4. Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed between 1 minute and 24 hours on working days (Monday–Friday). No withdrawals are processed on weekends — requests made on Friday are paid out on the next working day, Monday.

5. Risk. You participate at your own risk. Farmland is not a licensed investment advisor and returns are simulated.

6. Termination. We reserve the right to freeze or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
